How it all began...
In 1954 in the heart of Salzburg, a small company named "Kleinbusse Mirabell" was founded. They offered a shuttle service up to the Gaisberg.
In 1965 Salzburg was the location of a film which would become famous: "The Sound of Music" starring Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer. Our buses were used by the film crew and our limousines carried the stars. After the release of the film, many fans came to Salzburg asking to see the original sites - and our drivers could naturally guide them. That's how the "Original Sound of Music Tour" started.
And today...
Stefan and Johannes Herzl, both of them already guides for Salzburg Panorama Tours during their student time, have been leading the company for many years now with growing success. The former small transportation company turned out into an internationally oriented sightseeing and service company.
Salzburg Panorama Tours offers you 10 different sightseeing tours (including the Original Sound of Music Tour) - daily and all year round (guaranteed!). There are limousines and guides for your Private Tours and for Transfers.
